Royal Mail First Class
- Delivery aim 1-2 working days after dispatch (Mon-Sat), please note this is a delivery aim, and it can take longer.
- Available for deliveries throughout the UK.
- Prices are based on the Royal Mail 1st Class post weight tables.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Next working day delivery after dispatch (usually before 1.00pm). No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays.
- Available for deliveries throughout the UK.
- Prices are based on the Royal Mail Special Delivery weight tables.
Delivery by Courier
- Next working day delivery after dispatch. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
- Available for deliveries throughout the UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands).
- We will provide a tracking number by email upon dispatch so you can track your order.
- NOTE: our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please ensure someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours. If you are not likely to be in you can give instructions for your parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place e.g. a porch. If you would like to do this please give you delivery instructions in the comments box when placing your order.
Royal Mail Airmail
- 3-5 working days after dispatch.
- Available for deliveries to Europe and Worldwide (except US & Canada).
- Only available for orders up to 2kg in weight (including packaging).
- Prices are based on Royal Mail Airmail weight tables for Europe and Rest of the World
Overseas Courier
- Please contact us by email for a specific quote.
Dispatch Times
We state a typical dispatch time of 1-2 working days from the date of placing your order providing the goods are in stock (which they usually are). If you have a certain date, e.g. a birthday, by which you need to receive your order then please let us know and we'll do our very best to help.
We do not send out any orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Returning damaged or faulty goods
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please contact us by email at support@loveyoursweets.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return products.
We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:
23 Bridge Street, Tutbury, Burton On Trent, Staffs, DE13 9LZ.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
NOTES
1. When calculating shipping costs we add approximately 200 grams to the weight of your sweets to allow for packaging.
2. Whilst we have tried our very best to ensure that our shipping costs are 100% accurate we reserve the right to alter the shipping method, or cost of shipping in the event that it would cost us significantly more to ship your item than we had charged. In the unlikely event of this happening we would always contact you immediately to see if you were happy to accept the revised shipping method/ cost. If you wished to cancel your order we would provide you with a full refund.
3. If your item is rejected at the point of delivery or is not able to be received (or signed for where necessary) the shipping agent will eventually return the delivery to us. In this event we will notify you and you can choose to either pay for the item to be shipped again or request a refund for the cost of the goods only (providing the packaging is still intact and in good condition).
4. It may not be possible to enter address details accurately for some extremely remote locations. If this is the case please contact us and we will provide you with an accurate shipping quote.
