Terms and Conditions
The following terms should be read carefully, as your use of the Loveyoursweets.co.uk web site and purchase of the products on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions.
They apply to all orders received by loveyoursweets.co.uk. By accessing this website you are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms. From time to time, these terms may be updated by us and without notice to you. Every so often, you should review the site for changes to these terms.
Shopping with loveyoursweets.co.uk
You can order products online via this website;
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically receiving an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will give delivery details and confirm the price of the products bought. If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Loveyoursweets.co.uk may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Price
The price for each product is shown on loveyoursweets.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 20.0%.
We always try to make sure that the prices on loveyoursweets.co.uk are accurate but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will let you know as soon as possible using the contact details you have provided. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the size of your order and the delivery address you specify.
Prices are quoted on loveyoursweets.co.uk in UK pounds.

You can pay by Paypal account, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro, American Express or Solo.

Delivery
We will take all reasonable steps to dispatch your order within 24 hours of processing your order. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to dispatch within this timescale or any particular day or dates. Title and risk to the goods passes to you immediately before your consignment is delivered to our nominated carrier(s), for dispatch.
UK orders are despatched either by Royal Mail (1st or 2nd Class) or by Courier. Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on loveyoursweets.co.uk but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch orders at weekends and public holidays.
Missing or lost in the post Royal Mail 1st Class delivery:
If you have reason to believe that your parcel has become lost in the post you must contact us at sales@loveyoursweets.co.uk within 10 days of ordering. We will then complete a Royal Mail missing parcel claim form on your behalf. Once we have been refunded by Royal Mail we will resend your order. We are unable to offer refunds or resend any orders until we have received payment from Royal Mail.
Please order from loveyoursweets.co.uk with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as loveyoursweets.co.uk cannot be responsible for this.
Returning damaged or faulty goods
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Please contact us by email at support@loveyoursweets.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return products.
We may allocate you with a Returns Code which should be included with the package to improve processing of your return.
We may also advise you how to send the item back to us. Occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service. Otherwise, please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and return to:

Ingredients
LoveYourSweets.co.uk is not involved in the manufacture of products. Where we state information as to the contents of the sweets (e.g. whether they contain gluten or gelatine) we reproduce wherever possible the information provided by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this information.
IMPORTANT: Nut Allergy Statement
All the products supplied by LoveYourSweets.co,uk may be produced in factories which use nuts somewhere in their process. Or may have been weighed out in scales that have also been used for products which contain nuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free of nuts or nut traces.
Weighed out or counted out products do not show the ingredients on the packaging.
Ingredients will be given on request wherever possible.
Weighed out products: the weight stated is a minimum, sometimes you may get a little bit extra courtesy of Loveyoursweets!
Out of stock or discontinued items:
We try to keep loveyoursweets.co.uk as up to date as possible but, due to the nature and limited availability of the sweets that we sell, we cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative sweet of equal or higher value. We may also offer you the option of having the product sent to you to follow the remainder of your order as soon as the product becomes available.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. The information we collect about you is used to process your order and to provide you with a good level of service.
To process any order we will need to know your name, address, and e-mail address. Your credit / debit card details are taken by Paypal and we do not have direct access to this information. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will keep any information we hold about you accurate and up to date. If, however, you find any inaccuracies, please contact us and we will correct it promptly.
We may use "Cookies", or other technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our website and to provide shopping cart functionality. If you have any questions or comments about privacy, you should e-mail us.
We will not provide, sell, barter or trade any information about you to or with any third parties. By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.
